Sauteed Chicken and Glazed Onions

Just a Thought ~

This is a yummy recipe. If you like a mustardy and/or a sweet taste, then you have to try this. The two tastes go hand in hand. This is not one of my family favorites. It is one of mine.


Sauteed Chicken & Glazed Onions

1 Tbs Olive Oil 
2 large sweet onions sliced ** I used Vidalia** 
2 tsp Sugar 
4 Boneless chicken breast
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 
Splash of milk

Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Saute onions until golden. After the first 5 minutes of cooking, add the sugar. Caramelizing will take about 15 minutes, keep stirring. Remove onions and set aside. In a bowl add mustard and a splash of milk. Soak chicken (both sides) in mixture. Saute chicken in same skillet until cooked through. Arranged onions over chicken and heat thoroughly.
