Top Ten Round-up of Our Favorite Meals

We have had a busy week, one that has put me behind on several posts. Since we are preparing for Survival Camp starting on Sunday, we have worked a little extra this week in our school, to keep the week after camp on the lighter side.  Because of being so busy, I wanted to share a TOP TEN ROUND-UP OF OUR FAVORITE MEALS .

Top 10 of Our Favorite Meals

Most of these meals are rather frugal and easy to make. Depending on your area, some of the recipes may not be as frugal as you would like. I completely understand, because of the area we live in, I face the bitter truth each time I grocery shop.  Because of this, I sometimes have to improvise while making a recipe

During the month of April, I had challenged myself to find as many frugal, meatless recipes that I could make that my family would love. While some of them were not a huge hit, there were a few that really stuck out and they have become a regular during my meal planning. If you're wondering which ones, they are numbers 1 - 4.

1. Bean and Cheese Burritos *meatless*
2. Mexican Casserole *meatless*
3. Cheesy Pasta Bake *meatless*
4. Teriyaki Stir Fry *meatless*
5. Red Beans and Rice
6. Sloppy Joes
7. Spicy Sausage Pasta
8. Chicken Taco Salad
9. BBQ Beans and Sausage
10.Chicken Stir Fry

There's no link for the Bean and Cheese Burritos, because I think you can  pretty much handle that meal idea. But I will tell you this, I do make my own refried beans and they are so much better tasting than anything you can get in a can.

  1. These sound really good! I can't wait to try them.

  2. Hi Denise,

I hope you enjoy them. Thanks for visiting!
